or one whole house.Your first impression of the area is SPACE and LIGHT. Villa Gordons Bay is uniquely situated with the Steenbras Mountain as your back garden, and False Bay as your Pool. The area around the Villa is not built up, and the Mountain forms part of the Kogel Bay Biosphere.
It is one of the VERY few South African properties where the sun is in front of the house. (Similar to south facing sea properties in the UK). Thus, the sun reflects off the sea and emphasizes the space and light in every Bedroom, living and reception area. All the accommodation was designed to be open plan and is extremely SPACIOUS with LARGE balconies so you can sit outside in the shade in the summer.
Close enough to visit Cape Town and the other main resort and golf areas this affordable flexible self catering rental holiday home and Villa can accommodate from 2 to 16 people across 4 levels. There is sound proof double doors between the Whale and Dolphin Unit that can be opened and closed depending on the size of the group. This is ideal for large parties of friends or family, golfing groups or special interest groups such as Whale watchers.
On the top 2 levels there is a large 3-bedroom house, 2 full bathrooms (1 en-suite and one with bath and separate shower) - This we call our Whale Suite.
On the swimming pool level, there is a spacious 2-bedroom Apartment with 1 en-suite shower-room and a full bathroom for the swimming pool and second bedroom - This is our Dolphin Suite. All apartments have access to the private pool.
On the level above the garages; there is a self-contained apartment with a full bathroom, kitchen, dining and TV area - This is called our Seal Suite.
