What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

• The villa can hold up to 16 people in the 3 separate apartments and is ideally placed for large parties. Each apartment can be rented separately, Whale sleeps 8, Dolphin sleeps 6, and Seal sleeps 4.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

• For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa.

What direction does the pool face?

• The villa has an idealistic north facing pool for all day sunshine. This is similar to south facing sea properties in the UK.

How do we locate/enter the property?

• Details will be sent to you a few weeks before departure.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

• The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday needs. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

Are there stores nearby?

• The villa is minutes away from GordonsBay for groceries with many shops being within 20 minutes drive.

What services are provided?

• The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool is tended to weekly.

Who do we contact for questions/emergencies?

• Our family are local and on hand to deal with any emergencies.

How do we book?

• Completing the on-line booking form for your selected relevant apartment is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone if you prefer.
